Extreme Forces Weekend 2017
So you think you are hard enough …. you think you have what it takes to undergo a test of extreme physical and mental endurance?
If so, welcome to the Black Rock Extreme Forces Weekend 2017.
This is the ultimate four day test of mind, body and soul. Only the fittest will survive and only the strongest will endure what will be the assessment of a life time. For four long agonising days you will belong to our ex and current serving Army instructors … to survive leave your morals and emotions at the door.
No pain, no gain – this year “Extreme Forces Weekend” has decided to donate profits from the event to support Helping Jonah – Helping Others.
Jonah was diagnosed with leukaemia on 19 June 2014 after being poorly for just a few weeks. His Cancer was aggressive and as a result he underwent a bone marrow transplant in Bristol in 2014. He has been recovering well until he was unfortunately diagnosed with a separate condition called aHUS – which is an ultra rare blood disorder. Jonah had been receiving funded treatment which was funded for twelve weeks only and ceased in January 2016. As a result Black Rock created “Extreme Forces Weekend” and joined the fight to raise money to help it continue. Jonah’s had his last treatment in September 2016 and is doing well. Now, the charity set up in his name, wish to continue helping others who find themselves in the predicament this young man and his family faced, to help others win the fight.
So if you think you are hard enough, if you think you have what it takes to push your body and mind to the next level then enroll today.
Each participant will raise £500 for local charity “Helping Jonah, helping others”.
